Champion Spirit is not just a gym. It is an Academy of Masters of Art, the first of its kind in Paris. Members benefit from innovative concepts that promise a new experience. Here is our opinion.
Champion Spirit brings together several formulas
This gym brings together several concepts in one place, a truly innovative concept. The academy qualification is perfectly suited because Champion Spirit puts the spotlight on sport, the art of living, well-being, and art. It also has a shop.
The team led by Abdoulaye Fadiga supports members in improving their physical condition in a personalized manner. Abdoulaye Fadiga being the World Champion of Thai boxing, it is useless to recall the rigor with which he runs the academy. With 63 victories (including 52 by KO) out of 69 fights, this great champion masters the right mindset to effectively achieve the objectives previously set.
Of course, this is possible especially with a personalized course because the reasons for attending the academy change from one person to another:
- To keep in shape
- To get used to a healthy lifestyle
- To prepare for a professional sports competition
Of course, high-quality equipment completes the program offered to each member. Champion Spirit provides everyone with modern, high-performance machines so that they can train in the best conditions.
The academy is open to all
Despite the high level of Champion Spirit, our first opinion of this academy is positive. Indeed, it welcomes all profiles. Of course, an informed public particularly appreciates the concept, but the team has set up sports programs that adapt to everyone.
We can mention in particular the possibility for those who have abandoned sport for a certain period, to return with adapted support. The Champion Spirit team calls this support re-athleticization. Instead of getting back into shape alone at home, it is now possible to be supported by professionals. What better way to get back to the gym after pregnancy, demotivation due to an emotional shock, an injury, or simply a long period of sedentary lifestyle?
Champion Spirit introduces several disciplines
In addition to the classic gym intended for training for all levels, we appreciated the fact that Champion Spirit teaches several specific disciplines.
A real favorite on Muay Thai, is the discipline of Abdoulaye Fadiga. Thai boxing uses all parts of the body, which makes it an ideal discipline to train both the body and the mind. Through a bare-knuckle fight, we experience Muay Thai as it did in its origins dating back to the 15th century.
Let’s also talk about Tai Chi, the discipline of internal energy. Certainly, Thai Chi is quite well-known and practiced in France, but many people do not take advantage of it as they should. It is the discipline of internal energy. It regulates certain physical disorders (arthritis, osteoarthritis, etc.) while acting on mental health and psychological well-being. Do Thai Chi for a better awareness of yourself and others.
Next, Champion Spirit teaches yoga. This time, the students are taken care of by Ngawang, a Master of Art specializing in ancestral yoga. This discipline is perfect for postures, of course. The latter requires more physical performance than you might think and at the same time work on concentration and breathing. Yoga also addresses meditation, introspection, and discipline.
These are just a few examples of the disciplines taught by the Masters of Champion Spirit. We just want to say that their way of approaching the different disciplines allows you to discover or reconnect healthily with physical activities. Those looking for long-term would be satisfied with this room.
